The warden approaches sound still plays, despite the fact that the doWardenSpawning gamerule is disabled.

How to Reproduce

  1. Set the spawn rule of doWardenSpawning to false

  2. Find an Ancient City

  3. Trigger a sculk shrieker

Heard Result
The warden approaches sound plays

Expected Result
The warden approaches sound doesn't plays as the Warden won't be able to spawn

This seems to be fixed in 22w19a. The behavior now seems to be that if the gamerule is set to false, the shrieker won't apply the darkness effect nor play any warden sound.
