The minecraft:entity.allay.item_given sound isn't played when giving allays spawn eggs

The Bug:

Normally, upon giving an item to an allay, it will play the minecraft:entity.allay.item_given ("Allay chortles") sound, however, this is not the case when giving allays spawn eggs.

Steps to Reproduce:

• Summon an allay and obtain any spawn egg.

• Give the allay the spawn egg and listen closely as you do this.

• Take note as to whether or not the minecraft:entity.allay.item_given sound is played when giving allays spawn eggs.

Observed Behavior:

The sound isn't played when giving allays spawn eggs.

Expected Behavior:

The sound would be played when giving allays spawn eggs.
