Using the gamemode switcher while spectating a mob removes the shader

When spectating a mob that has its own custom shader, such as a creeper, the shader is not applied while the gamemode switcher (F3+F4) is open.

Note: I'm unsure about the correct usage of 'shader' in this context with the introduction of 1.17's Core Shaders.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Summon a creeper using a command such as this one: /summon creeper ~ ~ ~ {Silent:1b,PersistenceRequired:1b,NoAI:1b}

  2. Switch to Spectator mode

  3. Left-click the creeper to spectate it

  4. Open the gamemode switcher by holding F3+F4

Observed behaviour

The shader is no longer active
