Duplicate of MC-59365, which was later resolved as "Works As Intended".

Since the resolution of that bug, Mojang did declare overlapping structures to not be desired though; so may be best to leave it open for them to decide. (That was also resolved back in the day without a Mojang source.)

I could not reproduce this with the provided seed & coordinates. Do you have a different location showing this off?
