[MC-244767] Weird World Generation of amethyst geode

Coordinates: Only y is known, and it is somewhere around x-100, y7, z-600

For some reason, this amethyst geode is CUT OFF by another part of a cave. It is confusing me and I have been in this same area and loaded the same chunks before. This is the picture
