[MC-236938] /jfr stop output does not have a link

The bug

When running /jfr stop to save a JFR report to disk, the filename in chat is not linked. This is inconsistent with other filenames that are outputted, such as screenshots and debug reports.

Steps to Reproduce

Run /jfr start to start profiling
Run /jfr stop to dump the profile to a file

Observed behaviour

The filename is not linked

Expected behaviour

The chat message would contain a link to the file
