Please provide a solution for legacy accounts

We have a legacy account and can't do anything.

Basically, we need to change the account name.

 

Please give an ETA when legacy accounts can be migrated, an ETA when we can expect to login again and set an email address, or assist us with a name change of the legacy account.

We bought that account in 2011 and are now having troubles with a server requiring us to change the name.

We bought the product and cannot use it anymore.

Account support doesn't actually help and the information on the website is outdated.
