The player's hitbox seems a little too small whilst swimming.
This can lead to combat underwater being difficult.
Possibly intended or won't fix.
(A fix has been partially implemented for this in the combat tests by enlarging the hit zone of entities with small collision boxes)

If you turn on the cinematic camera, you can see yourself from different angles. I can confirm that the player's head and legs stick pretty far out of its hitbox.
Elongating the hitbox to cover more of the rendered player might cause problems, though. What if you compress yourself into a 1x1x1 box? If your hitbox is elongated, you would probably suffocate.
Not if the hitbox was enlarged to very close to 1x1. I'm just saying it's extremely small right now which doesn't make much sense and likely isn't intended.
