/op @a displays the same player's name several times despite functioning as intended and giving all players operator permissions

In the attached image, it can be seen that NacFoo was opped several times, however the command executed was ´/op @a´, and it was only executed once. However, despite the erroneous message, the command properly made UNIVERASE and DanrajaMC server operators.
