The bug

Comparing the motions of the pairs of legs on each side, the right legs wave less than the left legs do.

How to reproduce:

  1. Run 

    /summon minecraft:axolotl ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable:1b, NoAI:1b}
    /summon minecraft:axolotl ~ ~ ~ {Invulnerable:1b, NoAI:1b}

    while underwater
