[MC-225548] Cracks rarely generating, even without the datapack.

In the attached screenshots, a crack is shown that extends very deep into the ground and is filled with water. Collinearly nearby, there is a similar crack in the forest ground, however it is not filled with water.

@Avoma - I'm not sure if this is a duplicate since this is occurring at the surface level, not underground. Additionally, I did not see any caves in the immediate vicinity.

I'm unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1 using the provided seed and coordinates.
