when flying elytra we can use fireworks to give us self an extra boost however what ever firework i use its always explode inside me when flying around and explosions from firework makes me loosing my hearts fast. this its like fly trap

I belive this is an intentional feature! To fix your untimely explosions, just avoid using firework stars in your rockets.
PS: You can repurpose those rockets into ammo for a multishot crossbow š
