I have none of the new minecraft textures on 1.16.5 java edition, all the textures i have are from the older versions of minecraft and i dont understand why. The netherack is old, the quartz is old, the ingots are old, and the totems are old. I have fully updated the launcher so nothing should be wrong but it is.

Are you using the 'programmer art' resource pack? If so disable it.
