Sculk sensors don't detect the end platform being regenerated

The bug

Sulk sensors don't detect the obsidian platform, in the end, being renewed/regenerated. This is despite blocks being broken/placed in the process.

How to reproduce

1. Go to the End

2. Place a sculk sensor next to the obsidian platform

3. Break/place blocks in the obsidian platform

4. Die

5. Return to The End
   → ✔ The obsidian platform is regenerated
   → ❌ The sulk sensor does not activated
