I bought Minecraft using a Microsoft account and uploaded a skin, i setup the skin in the launcher but when i enter in the world, just steve's skin shows up. The other Error is when i try to connect to multiplayers servers and get the error: "failed to login: the authentication servers are currently down for maintenance"

The skin problem is a duplicate of MC-101579, which was later marked as Invalid. The reason for this is because the problem that you are experiencing here, is caused by malware interfering with Minecraft.
