Fire Aspect Works Underwater

A bug or a feature, you decide 😄. So I one-tapped a salmon with a maxed out netherite sword (with all possible enchantments, including Fire Aspect II) underwater and it dropped cooked salmon, which is weird, as fire shouldn't work in the water.

EDIT: Just realised the same happens for all mobs and in rain too, so maybe it isn't that big of a deal
