[MC-202147] Cursor in Social Interactions & Recipe Book & Anvil menu doesn’t blink

The bug

When you select the text field in the Social Interactions menu, the recipe book or in the anvil UI, the cursor doesn’t blink, unlike in chat and creative inventory.

The UI is based off of the recipe book search, so I included that as well. Can confirm.
