[MC-199993] Some blocks are incorrect in plains_meeting_point

In minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_meeting_point_4, some blocks are incorrect. The ground consists of grass path and grass blocks. However, some blocks generate as dirt.

GUI scale has been decreased for the screenshot.

To reproduce, run the following command:

/place template minecraft:village/plains/houses/plains_meeting_point_4
