When I turn on the Upside down language I happen to find out the 'S' isn't upside down like it should be. Instead its just normal as it would on default

You have posted an issue related to a translation of the game, which are not tracked on the bug tracker.
Please instead go to Minecraft on Crowdin to suggest and discuss better translations.
But it's likely that no better alternative exists in the font at the moment.
