Leads and name tags do not come after other tools in creative inventory.
As they are like the other tools in this section, it would be expected that the items would be positioned directly after them. However, they are instead placed after all enchanted books for no reason. I thought it would finally be fixed after all that years in this version because of tools tab shifting, but it was not.

From now on, we only accept reports about "incorrect" creative inventory sort ordering if the items/blocks were added in the Nether Update (1.16) or later. All other issues will be closed as a duplicate of MC-1797, which has been marked as Invalid due to the fact it is seen as a feature request.
