My battle and the beasts packs both one and two are no longer in my game

No matter how many times i try and restore my purchases, it says i don't have them. I know i bought them because i bought the starter pack bundle out of the playstation store. I believe it's very unfair, seeing the pack was added back into the game. It can go under any number of misdemeanors bc it's taking MY money. I expect either a refund somehow or my purchases restored.
