Striders will only pathfind to lava if the lava is at their eye level or below them

The bug

Striders now actively look for lava, but they won't do so if the lava is above them, even if they are completely capable of getting it.

How to reproduce

1. Spawn in a strider

2. Put lava above the strider and make a walkway for them to get in it

Result: The strider would make no attempt of going towards the lava.

Expected result: The strider would still try to go to the lava despite it's higher than it.
