Minecraft crashes along with wallpaper engine with no crash report

Randomly crashes mid game after PC restart
Crashes at startup after that (needs PC restart to fix)
No crash report was generated
Shaders were used
Wallpaper Engine crashes with Minecraft (both startup and mid game)

Optifine pre8 was used

No crash report so I'll only attach launcher_log.txt
