End Rod collision is inconsistent

End rods' hitboxes are a 4x4x16 cuboid, however their model looks like it should have a 4x4x1 section and a 2x2x15 section, which makes it appear flush with vertical glass panes. However, there is actually an invisible 1-pixel ledge you can stand on, demonstrating that the rod is bigger than it appears.
