The bug
There is a misrotated block in minecraft:bastion/treasure/walls/mid/wall_1, basalt, to specifically speaking. Since all of the basalt and polished basalt blocks are Y rotated, a X rotated block looks like it shouldn't be there.

Can confirm that this is an issue in 20w51a. Feel free to use the following command to make reproducing this easier:
/setblock ~ ~ ~ structure_block{mode:"LOAD",name:"bastion/treasure/walls/mid/wall_1"}/setblock ~ ~ ~ structure_block{mode:"LOAD",name:"bastion/treasure/walls/mid/wall_1"}Can confirm in 1.19. This issue can now be more easily reproduced by using the "/place" command.
/place template minecraft:bastion/treasure/walls/mid/wall_1/place template minecraft:bastion/treasure/walls/mid/wall_1
I can confirm for 1.16.3
