As it's a client crash report, it only reports the selected resource packs. Data packs are only listed in server-side crash reports (crash report file ends in `-server`, not `-client`).

But `vanilla` is the name of the default datapack, not the default resource pack.

@unknown I have seen you comment just "WAI" on several tickets recently. That is neither helpful to us nor to the reporter and may also be misinformation.

If you believe a ticket is working as intended, please:

Provide a source (e.g. developer statement or another ticket). The Minecraft wiki is not a valid source.
Do not use the abbreviation. People may be new here and not know what it means.
Instead comment "Behaviour X is working as intended" and explain why
