Minecraft crashes upon opening

I go on the launcher and try to play Minecraft. I press the play button and loading completes, then the launcher closes then reopens with a text box saying that Minecraft crashed. I open the crash report and it says this: There is insufficient memory for the Java Runtime Environment to continue.

 Here is the crash log.

I've tried every solution that they gave me and it still doesn't work. I've even uninstalled and reinstalled minecraft and it's giving me the same stuff. I've tried playing on 1.8 after 1.15.2 didn't work and it doesn't crash instantly, but when I joined a multiplayer server like Hypixel, it crashes.

Can you attach a crash report or hs_err_pid log file that is generated when this happens? That would help with more specifically diagnosing the issue. If you are unable to do that, please attach a screenshot of your video settings. The error seems to indicate that Minecraft is running out of memory. Try reducing your video settings or allocating more memory to Minecraft.

Ah, sorry, just added the crash report.

1) You are using optifine, we only help with vanilla issues here
2) You are allocating 4GB of RAM, instead of the default 1GB
3) The game is complaining that there is not enough physical RAM, so the problem is caused by 2)
