Occasional Missing Sounds

I've noticed when fishing that for whatever reason, certain sounds just aren't playing. For example, if I were to open a chest, the open and close sounds won't play. Sometimes the close sound will play but never the open one. I've noticed that the sound fish make when in water happens to start when this occurs, is there a correlation or am I going crazy? I've noticed this happen in 20w13a as well. I'd have to close the game completely for this to get fixed. I do have the latest graphics drivers as well. I use an RX 570. If I need to provide video I can do that.
