Whenever I mine diamonds my entire game freezes a bit after. I start mining after i got the diamonds and the blocks drop nothing. Animals and villagers freeze in place and when i hit them they dont get hurt. Chest, beds, crafting table etc. also freeze. i dont know if its the diamonds that froze my game or if its something else but i mined the same diamonds 3 times and it keeps freezing my game. I can move around though. Im using a few mods which work fine idk if that also causes the problem

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
