villager pathfinding is still messed up

Villagers are still having a hard time going up stairs. This is the reason why a butcher who works at a 2 story butcher shop would usually lose their job, MC-169664. The smoker is located on the 2nd story, and the only way the butcher can get up there is by using the stairs. Even if the job site or the villager isn't obstructed, a butcher who works in a 2 story butcher shop would eventually lose their job. Because of this, I decided to replace the 2 story butcher shop with the other butcher shop variant. This shows just how ridiculous minecraft bugs can get.
