First time into the end on multiplayer server is crashing the server

A player jumped into the end, triggering its initial generation and the server crashes.

Upon server restart, and that player rejoining the server crashes.  I am able to reconnect in the overworld without issue; but if the other player joins the server crashes again instantly.
