Sign text glows in the dark

Based on knowledge. Apparently, the signs are supposed to give off their actual color when dyed. For some reason at the start of 1.14 development, signs never gave off their supposed color. Not until now as of 19w39a... They give off the correct color text. If this becomes an issue, consider making a patch where it won't glow as bright as it is in this snapshot, without altering the correct color of text.

I'm not sure the text is supposed to glow. It seemed to work perfectly fine in 1.14.x

Not the way I see it: It did glow in the first three 1.14 Snapshot (18w43a to 18w43c)...

Since colored signs weren't introduced until 18w44a, we don't know if it is the developers' intention to make the sign colored the way it is. We will wait for this issue to either be fixed or marked as WAI from one of the devs.

@unknown, your opinion is not a valid source for resolving a ticket as working as intended.
