[MC-161375] Strange Lines Appear at World Border

When at world border vertical lines appear seen in the screenshot.

To Replicate:

/tp @p 0 100 0

/worldboarder center ~ ~

/worldboarder set 5

Then move the camera around to see the moving vertical lines at the border

Is this still an issue for you in 19w39a? I'm not able to reproduce in that version, but maybe I have another graphics card than you.

If you can still reproduce this, what's your graphics card and system specs?

Sorry for delayed response, it definitely still is an issue for me in the latest snapshot my graphics card is an ATI Radeon HD 3600 Series (0x9598) (DAC: 400MHz) (3621 MB available Graphics Memory) (512 MB Dedicated Video Memory) for replication when you're near the border try moving your camera to look upwards as that is when I see them the most

Graphics card/driver issue. This card is 12 years old and no longer supported. The HD 7000 is the minimum supported graphics card series
