Bees and parrots don't avoid lava

Still in 19w35a. I think all flying mobs have this issue, as I've seen bats, parrots, and even phantoms fly into lava.

Confirmed for 19w37a. Phantoms don't either. There probably isn't a realistic situation in which a Phantom would need to, but phantoms don't pathfind around a lot of blocks actually.

We're finalizing a fix for parrots and bees, but that won't fix bats or phantoms. So I suggest we split this issue.

Should we split off bats and phantoms into separate tickets or a joint ticket?

Fixed for parrots and, to some extent for bees. We decided to let bees be a little clumsier than parrots, so bees will still stumble into lava sometimes, while parrots should be pretty good at avoiding it now.

(Note: I added 19w45b as fix version, but the fix was probably added either in 19w44a or 19w45a.)
