[MC-158172] Swamp huts can generate inside of villages and village houses

Witch huts / swamp huts can spawn inside of villages, or even inside of village houses.

It is not a mistake that happens because there is a plains biome near the swamp biome it is rare but it can happen

This is more of a generation feature rather than a bug.

Yeah, I would think of it as a feature that shows how villagers and witches are related.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 1.17.1 Release Candidate 2.
