The F3 screen, in the "Looking at liquid" section, is a duplicate of the "Looking at block" section when looking through air
Don't think this is invalid – this definitely is a bug. A resolution of Duplicate of MC-133164 would be better.

It should say "fluid" – MC-133164. Otherwise this is correct. You are looking at the empty fluid, as can be seen on the right side of the screen.
