Cat's natural spawning causes Null Pointer Exception

Cats are listed as creature spawns in witchhuts, yet they are missing an entry in spawn restrictions causing natural spawning algorithm to throw NPE when attempting to spawn a cat in a witchhut (as a natural spawn, not WG)
