**That "helpful article" points users back here for technical support, putting users into an infinite loop, and ultimately no way of getting support from Mojang on the product. In addition to fixing the completely broken 1.14 release, you might consider fixing your support process, and provide your paying customers some level of support.
The helpful article is right in that this bug tracker is the official support resource for bugs. The bug tracker is not the official support resource not for all other kinds of issues though.
