I've been attempting to play minecraft, but whenever I start the game, and load into any world/server (Multiplayer + Singleplayer) in all versions it just gets stuck on the dirt loading screen. (i've included a video of the issue) and there is no error in output logs... it just stays on the loading screen for hours at time, OR I have to force close out to get rid of the minecraft tab.

This issue has been closed as invalid.
Your Minecraft version is outdated. We currently take issues for version 1.14.2 or the latest snapshot 1.14 pre-release.
Please update to the latest version as it includes the newest fixes. If you still have this problem after updating, then please create a new issue.
In case of a game crash, be sure to attach the crashlog from [minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt|http://hopper.minecraft.net/help/guides/finding-minecraft-data-folder/].
