[MC-149373] Firework rocket has no sound

When you let off a firework rocket and explode, it has no sound, but if you run /playsound play the sound of firework rocket, it can play normally

Cannot reproduce. Crafted fireworks have sounds when launching and exploding.

Exactly the same issue here. I fire off firework rockets and they make no sound, but the sounds can be played via /playsound. Minecraft 1.14.3.

Same issue as I have been having for years now. Since 1.10 I believe.
