Large amounts of villagers lag the server

When I spawn lots of villagers about 25 or more, The server starts to lag a lot. Spawning lots of other mobs doesn't lag the server as much.

Resolving as invalid for now because this report doesn't contain enough information to know what the cause is and most likely this issue duplicates MC-136935 and/or MC-145744.
