Villagers don't do discounts

Do the have the Hero of the Village effect?

No. I speak about discounts without effect. About the discounts since snapshot 19w11a.

im having a similar issue, where a while back i hit a villager, and he increased his prices. normal,right? well i thought so but ive been trading with him for a very long time after that and he still has his prices raised

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14.4 (pre-)release.
