The bug

A bell that should be connected upwards to a block spawns as if connected to the ground, thus floating weirdly.

Pretty sure bells generated in villages, not villagers 😛

Confirmed not fixed in 19w06a with the example provided by @unknown.

Completly fixed in 19w07a bell now generate correctly in plains_meeting_point_5 structure.
