Written books do not update JSON scoreboard values after being resolved.

A written book with a JSON scoreboard component will only check that scoreboard value when the book is opened if the book's "resolved" tag is false. If "resolved" is true (ie, the book has been opened before), the book will continue to display whatever value the scoreboard had at the time the book was first opened and resolved.
