The bug
Bow will auto draw an remain drawn whilst trading with Custom NitWit Villager, the Villager will be shot when finishing the trade
Steps to reproduce
Place commandblock, impulse, always active with command

Trade with the summoned Villager
Now you'll see the bow drawing and remain held
Upong ending the trade the arrow will hit the Villager

Cannot confirm neither in creative nor in survival game mode, see screenshots.Only when trying to trade with a Nitwit the bow will draw.Confirmed.
