[MC-129919] Teleporting in overworld from the End make the game freeze indefinitely

The bug

While being in the end, running /execute in overworld run teleport @s, and the game start to freeze indefinitely.

Cannot confirm. The command teleports me back to the overworld as expected.

Can confirm. Maybe it has to do with whether the ender dragon has been killed or not, according to what I found in the log after executing the provided command:

22:05:27 bqp Server thread info Scanning for legacy world dragon fight...
22:05:27 bqp Server thread info Found that the dragon has not yet been killed in this world.

I think it's fixed, the game don't freeze anymore in 18w21b.
