As the title says, the sky flickers below sea level when you have the night vision effect, but above the sea level, the sky doesn't flicker.

Actually, I may have accidentally set the potency of the night vision to 11 instead of the amount of seconds to 11. Please close this issue as Invalid as it was my error.
