If you spectate the fish, whenever it turns will cause the players' screens to flip out. shaking left and right until it lands onto the fish's prospective.
Sadly, the shakiness is so hard to capture that I couldn't get a screenshot. I'm sorry.
This is a very minor bug and I'm sure its because fish are new mobs.
Can no longer reproduce in 18w21b. Appears to be fixed.
