[MC-126139] The fins of dying cod and some tropical fish show z-fighting

1. Place a cod on dry ground and watch it die an agonizing death (you monster!)
2. You'll notice that the fins of the cod show z-fighting (see screenshot)

This neither happens with other dying fish nor with fish swimming in water (including cod).

UPDATE 18w10a:
Some of the new tropical fish variants show this issue too, I don't know their specific names though.

Updated the description and title. Some of the new tropical fish variants show this issue too. If someone could provide a list of their names (which I don't know right now), then I could make a more precise list of affected fish variants.

@unknown, they don't have specific names. They're all grouped under "tropical fish".

I'm not sure this issue is fixed in 18w16a as this ticket states, still seems to happen with both cod and some tropical fish, see screenshots.
