/teleport <player> facing <entity> doesn't work if the entity is not rendered, unlike other /teleport operations.

The bug

/teleport <player> facing <entity> doesn't work if the entity is not rendered, unlike other /teleport operations. This means that if the entity is over ~80m away horizontally, the entity will de-render, and the command won't actually do anything but will give the same feedback as if it had worked properly.

/teleport <player> <entity> does not require the entity to be within rendering distance.

Cannot reproduce in 18w02a. I guess it's fixed?
